Paula H. Lee practices in the areas of domestic and family law, and business litigation. In her domestic practice, she counsels individuals considering prenuptial agreements, divorce, child custody and support actions, and other related issues. She has extensive experience working within the bounds of the Louisiana family court system, and works closely with counselors, tax and financial consultants, and the client to ensure the best resolution for the client and family. Her business litigation experience includes handling civil rights suits and corporate disputes.
Ms. Lee did her undergraduate work at the University of New Orleans, and earned her law degree from Tulane University, where she received a Maritime Law Certificate and was a member of the Tulane Maritime Law Journal. She is the author of "Untying the Gordian Knot and Opening Pandora’s Box: The Need for a Uniform Federal Maritime Rule of Uberrimae Fidei with respect to Marine Insurance," 19Tulane Maritime Law Journal , 41, (1995); and the co-author of, "Restricting Lawyers’ Solicitation of Victims",The Brief , Vol. 25, No. 1 (Fall 1995).
Ms. Lee is a member of the New Orleans, Louisiana State, and American Bar Associations; and the Association for Women Attorneys. She is admitted to practice in all state courts in Louisiana and the U.S. Eastern District Court of Louisiana.
